Earlier looked like 2008 repeating now looks like worst than 2008 .

Market has wiped out all the New Govt Gains . Remain Short with SL of 7580 NS. Since we are nearing 7280 NS don't short Blindly - -  Cover your shorts tomorrow - - Relax - - Take a Deep Breath - Switch off the Terminal for a Day or Two and then again look at the market with a new perspective.

Look for Oil and Gas sector to short - - The last capitulation will end will The Big B Reliance . Agreed Reliance is in a Secular Bull Run - But retracement till 1000 - 980 - 960 cannot be ruled out .

What a Spectacular Day --- Shorts with SL of 7640 got the credit and the Panic Buyers too had a great time.

But caution ahead any ways doesn't look like Bullish . Bear Markets are always like this .

Finally Below 7540 NS

May times said that 7540 in danger and finally closed below it.

Only the confirmation pending tomorrow . For tomorrow look for bounces to short with SL of 7640 NS.

Any close above 7640 - 7680 NS will invite huge short covering till 7740 levels and may be even higher. So tomorrow is the time to put strict SL on the screen.

Any close tomorrow below 7540 and gates are open for 7200 odd Levels.

Knocking at the Doors of Hell

Well 7480 NS approx done --- Chill yaar leave something on the table for others too.

The bounce to materialized from the levels mentioned and NS staged a Spectacular rally . Well for tomorrow look for shorting near 7630 - 7640 Levels with SL of 7740 Levels. Targets comes around 7480 - 7420 Level Again .

If every thing goes well then may be 7740 NS is the resistance for the month - - Let the market say that .

Downside don't know but the way the Mass is trying to catch the falling Knife Don't know how many will get Cut .

My experience says Never Fight with the market nor the prices and at present the prices are showing more pain in future . Keep aside your Ego and Follow the Market Rhythm.

Where is the bottom

Well the longs taken near 7580 - 7610 may have booked out.

Attached here is the year chart of nifty . As per MACD a new low around 7480 - 7420 would generate a good positive divergence near the triple bottom area .Also the fast and slow Stochastic are giving signs of reversal .

Only concern is RSI (14) which is still not giving any positive divergence . As per RSI the bottom may come near 7200 - 6800 odd Levels .

So what for monday - - Well below 7540 - - Margin calls may get Trigerred . Short may get get covered near 7500 - 7480 - 7420 region and wait for clarity to emerge . EOD close below 7540 on Monday would invite more pain in the markets and may be 7740 would act as resistance for the whole month.

If some one wants to buy near lows then he can with a SL as per his risk appetite. Me too expecting a Bounce form lower levels  - - But "As Said Price is Supreme" - - Let the Price show buying and we will definitely not miss the Train.

This is the best time to accumulate deliveries at all lows .

7540 in Danger

Well the Intermittent bounce did not got the desired results.

There was only one direction that is south wards , Those who have dared to buy near 7610 - 7580 levels may book at cost else keep strict SL of 7540 NS . Unless we cross 7640 It is now sell only with SL of 7740. Another downward leg opened today. Looks like we are visiting 7280 - 6800 Odd levels.

As expected ADAG Melted - LIC Housing Finance Melted .

Well we closed sharp at 7741 NS ---- First phase of short selling got over today.

No comments for tomorrow as we are at crucial juncture of 7740 NS . If bounces from here and closed above 7840 then we are headed for all time high & If we close for two days below 7735 NS
doors open for 7540 and even 7200 odd levels.

Would like to keep fingers crossed and will take a call on Nifty tomorrow . Will update tomorrow during market hours

LIC Housing Finance has not corrected - -  keep a watch on it for selling opportunity .

Even 7740 is in danger now - - Don't know where this fall will fall will stop but the moment we reverse after the fall ---- there is glimmer of hope of the horizon .

Well after the timid show and exhausted rally today with the FII getting geared up we saw the escalators of the bears in full swing .

Well we have closed well below 7835 NS .  The next critical level to watch for is 7735 . For tomorrow we may reach 7760 -7740 where buying with small SL can be done else Trail SL to 7880 for tomorrow . Remember later on as day passes the Trailing SL will also come lower . Below 7735 Even 7540 will be in danger .
